ABOUT US

We believe therapeutic massage is an essential part of whole-body wellness. Our work is rooted in clinical understanding and movement-based care, with each session designed to meet your body where it is. We combine advanced hands-on techniques with a deep understanding of anatomy to help reduce chronic pain, restore mobility, and support your nervous system.

MASSAGE SESSIONS

Experience the massage modalities that are right for you.

Every session is customized to your body and your goals, using therapeutic techniques like deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to address tension and movement restrictions. Session lengths of 45, 60, 75, 90, and 120 minutes allow us to work at the depth your body needs.

  • This full-body massage blends Swedish and deep tissue techniques to support both relaxation and therapeutic goals. Each session is tailored to your body’s specific needs, whether the focus is relieving chronic tension, improving circulation, or calming the nervous system.

    Who This Is For
Perfect for those seeking a balance of relaxation and therapeutic care. Beneficial for managing general muscle tension, stress, and mild discomfort while supporting circulation and nervous system regulation.

  • This session offers a deeper, more targeted approach for sore muscles, chronic pain, and injury prevention, with a focus on restoring functional movement. Our skilled therapists use neuromuscular techniques alongside deep tissue and myofascial work, incorporating cupping, gua sha, and assisted stretching as needed to relieve tension, improve mobility, and support proper muscle function.

    Who This Is For
Ideal for those with chronic tension, pain, or movement restrictions. Great for athletes, active lifestyles, desk workers with postural strain, and anyone recovering from or working to prevent injury.

    60 mins | 75 mins | 90 mins | 120 mins

  • A unique, deeply therapeutic technique where the therapist uses their body weight and feet to apply broad, consistent pressure. This allows for deeper work across larger muscle groups while maintaining a smooth, comfortable experience, making it especially effective for chronic tension and full-body relief.

    Who This Is For
Best suited for those seeking deeper, more consistent pressure across the body. Great for managing chronic tension, tightness in larger muscle groups, and for clients who want effective deep work with a smoother, more comfortable feel.

    75 mins | 90 mins | 120 mins

  • This session is designed for focused work on one to two areas that need extra attention. In 45 minutes, we use a blend of deep tissue and myofascial techniques to relieve tension and help improve movement.

    Who This Is For
Ideal for those needing focused work on a specific area of tension or discomfort. Great for neck and shoulders, low back, hips, or any area that needs more targeted attention without committing to a full-body session.
