Hiring Process

  • Initial Interview

    We begin with a phone interview to get to know you and share the core values that guide our work: professionalism, passion, and creating a supportive space for both our team and clients.

    If it’s a mutual fit, we invite you to an in-person interview to explore your experience and values more deeply.

  • Skills Assessment

    After the interview, you’ll participate in a practical assessment where we observe your massage technique, professionalism, and ability to deliver exceptional care.

    Candidates who are still developing their skills but demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude may also be considered.

  • Training & Paperwork

    Successful candidates will undergo thorough training and complete all required paperwork.

    At Eunoia, we are committed to excellence, providing hands-on training to prepare every team member, whether in guest services or massage therapy—for success in our therapeutic environment.

  • Official Onboarding

    Following training, you will complete a final evaluation to ensure readiness to provide outstanding care.
