We begin with a phone interview to learn more about your experience, professional goals, and approach to client care. We’ll also introduce you to Eunoia and the standards that guide our practice, including professionalism, quality care, continued growth, and collaboration.

Candidates who align with our values and approach will be invited to an in person interview for a more in depth conversation.

For massage therapists, the next step is a hands on skills assessment. This allows us to evaluate your technique, communication, professionalism, and overall approach to therapeutic care.

We look for strong foundational skills, a commitment to continued education, and the ability to provide intentional, client focused care.

Once selected, each team member completes the required paperwork and Eunoia training process.

Our training ensures every team member understands our approach to care, professional standards, and expectations. We believe consistency and quality are essential to creating the experience our clients expect from Eunoia.

Before officially joining the team, each candidate completes a final evaluation to ensure they are prepared to meet our standards and provide exceptional care.
