Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost. To avoid the fee, you can transfer your appointment to a friend or family member by notifying our office ahead of time.

Yes! Our therapists are trained to work with teenagers (age 13 and up), helping them manage stress, muscle tension, and sports-related recovery. Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian be present during appointments to ensure a safe and supportive experience.

Yes! We accept HSA/FSA payments, along with all major credit cards and cash.
