Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you're unable to make your appointment, you're welcome to transfer it to a friend or family member by notifying our office in advance.

  • The health and well-being of our clients and therapists is our priority. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, or symptoms of a contagious illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible, and we'll be happy to welcome you back once you've fully recovered.

  • We do our best to accommodate same-day appointment requests whenever availability allows. However, because our therapists' schedules often fill in advance, same-day openings are limited. We recommend booking your appointment ahead of time to ensure you receive your preferred therapist, date, and time.

  • Yes. We accept HSA/FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards and cash. If you have questions about your specific HSA/FSA plan, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.

  • Yes! We welcome clients 13 years and older. Therapeutic massage can help teenagers manage sports-related muscle soreness, postural tension, stress, and recovery. For clients under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian must remain present during the appointment.

  • While we do not offer same-room couples massages, we're happy to schedule you and your partner for appointments at the same time with two of our therapists, based on availability.

  • We do not currently offer hot stone massage. However, every session includes the comfort of our heated massage tables, providing soothing warmth throughout your treatment.
