AMY - FOUNDER/MASSAGE THERAPIST #18111
Amy’s path to massage therapy began as an athlete. As a collegiate swimmer, she experienced firsthand how chronic tension and injuries can affect performance and everyday life. Massage played a key role in her own recovery, inspiring her to pursue massage therapy as a way to help others move more freely and feel better in their bodies.
Amy is the founder and a massage therapist at Eunoia Massage & Wellness, which she opened in 2022 to create a space where care goes beyond relaxation. Her vision for Eunoia is centered on guided, therapeutic work that supports long lasting relief, improved movement, and meaningful recovery.
With a degree in Exercise Science and advanced massage training, Amy brings a strong understanding of anatomy and movement into every session. She specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, and Ashiatsu massage, using techniques such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy to tailor each session to the individual. Amy also has a special passion for working with young athletes, helping them manage pain, prevent injury, and stay active through all stages of training and competition.
SHALMEEN - MASSAGE THERAPIST #22015
Movement has always been central to Shalmeen’s life. Through her background in cirque and performance, she developed a deep understanding of how the body responds to stress, overuse, and injury — inspiring her transition into massage therapy to help others recover, move better, and feel more at home in their bodies.
She specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and assisted stretching, focusing on relieving pain and improving mobility at the root of the issue. Shalmeen’s sessions are thoughtful and intentional, using breathwork and movement-based techniques to help calm the nervous system, increase range of motion, and build better body awareness.
Shalmeen works best with clients dealing with chronic pain, limited mobility, stress related tension, or anyone looking for focused care that supports both movement and recovery.
RACHEL - MASSAGE THERAPIST #21470

Rachel specializes in neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue work, cupping, lymphatic massage, and TMJ massage. Her sessions are personalized and purposeful, making her a great fit for clients looking for targeted results without sacrificing a calming, supportive experience.
